musseldog create a sound far bigger than their two-person lineup suggests.

Formed by Mitchell Vaughan (guitar/vocals) and Dominic Lendich (bass/vocals), the pair started writing songs and recording rough demos at Iwi Studios, the Kreuzberg hair salon owned by Lendich.

A chance friendship with their new neighbour and fellow New Zealander, Mitchell O’Sullivan (Data Animal / Dedstrange Records), transformed those after-hours experiments into a creative partnership.

Their debut album Neighbourhood Watch was released on 30 October 2026, produced by Mitchell O’Sullivan (Data Animal / Dedstrange). A second album is already recorded for release in 2027.

Following headline shows in Berlin and Poland, including support for US band Alien Boy, musseldog heads to The New Colossus Festival in New York City in March 2027, continuing their trajectory of booking bigger and bigger shows.
